Orientation Camp.

Orientation camp was held from the 3rd to the 5th of February. Yes, MCKL is so special that they had to organize an orientation camp for us. Their main intention for organizing the camp is so that we could get to know the people in our cohort as well as the lecturers and staffs better. Well, no doubt that they have achieved what they had in mind.

Anyway, the three days two nights of camp was fun I have to say. Managed to meet a lot of new friends from different classes as well as bond with my classmates. Besides, the activities planned by the facilitators together with the people from Student Council were fun. Plus, we had our talent night on the second day. Trust me, we had the time of our lives laughing. Who would ever knew that the people in MCKL are so damn good in acting.  MCKL should be a school of performing arts instead of a college offering Pre-U studies. I have to say that the guys are better at acting as girls than us, girls. Like, no joke. Hands down. Lol.

On the other note, every good thing comes along with a bad. Somehow. Okay, I don't know what I was crapping there but yea. Besides all the fun activities and all the making-new-friends kind of thing, I had to shower with cold water for three whole days. =.= I swear that once I got back, the heated water I use to bathe with is like boiling water. That is not the worst part. I even had to sleep in a tent for two nights with nothing but concrete and sand under my back. Okay, I brought my sleeping bag but it was useless. It made NO difference at all. However, it was a good experience as it is my FIRST time sleeping in a tent with nothing but a sleeping bag. Lol. Yes, yes, I know. I'm like so jakun, right? At least I get to say now that I have experienced it before? :)

Oh yes! We also had this talk entitled 'No Apologies'. Basically, it educates us, teenagers about premarital sex and all. Its like sex education but not really a sex education. Or at least, it is no where close to a sex education for me. The speaker was pretty funny and entertaining. Proud to say that I managed to stay up like for the whole talk and not fall asleep although I was constantly closing my eyes and sliding down my chair. Lol.

All in all, camp was worth my time and every single penny. Needless to say, all my late nights as well as my cuts and bruises too. Have yet to look forward to getting my ass in college and enjoy it as time passes by. Though it was only a three day trip, it was memorable and hopefully, we get to know each other better as we're stuck together for the next one and a half years. :D

PS. My blood got sucked by a leech. Woohoo (?)
PSS. Scandalous Scandium ftw. Ngehe. No. 1 yaw!
PSSS. Our harta amanah, the egg managed to survive throughout the camp. The only team. Bangga.
PSSSS. I am so not ready for college tomorrow. Friday, please come already.
