Memories

Memory : The mental capacity or faculty of retaining and reviving facts, events, impressions, etc., or of recalling or recognizing previous experiences. <--- That is what it means. According to the dictionary that is, don't worry. I didn't come up with the meaning myself. Lol. I ought to be good to come out with something like this. Hehehe.

People often regard memories as a blissful thing. Well, yeah, it ain't untrue. Memories are indeed rapturous. Nevertheless, there are memories that unpleasant. But if you were to ask me, I wouldn't call bad memories, a memory. I'd rather think of it as a nightmare. Lol. Cause to me, the word memory somehow only relates to the reputable ones. :) Don't ask me why. I don't know why either. So when I use the word memory, I mean a pleasant one.

On the other hand, memories can be painful too. In a sense that, you've created many many memories over the years and when you reminisce it, it just brings your spirits down. Especially when that memory is made with the one who means so much to you and that particular memory is very meaningful to you but going down the road, things change. Haih. Oh well, I guess the only thing that we can do is just to live with it and cherish it instead of mourning about it. Guess I should just be grateful that I have carved uncountable memories in these 17 years. And there are many more to come. Hee.

A memory IS a memory.
It'll be brought with you until the day you go into your grave. :)
